Overview:
I am seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to perform general administrative duties 3 days per week. Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and data entry.
- Preparation of letters, new leases and running monthly pre-authorized payments.
- Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner. Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 \xe2\x80\x93 25 per week Benefits:
