Job Description

Responsibilities:



Perform a variety of clerical duties Data entry with keen attention to detail Issue sales orders and Invoices to customers Reconcile inventory Issue and mail out cheques and make electronic payments on a timely basis Process accounts receivable and accounts payable Reconcile bank accounts Answer incoming calls and transferring to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:



QuickBooks and Microsoft Office proficiency is a strong asset Exceptional organizational skills are essential Excellent oral and written communication skills Detail oriented and work with a high degree of accuracy Highly organized and flexible with capacity to multitask and meet changing deadlines, Ability to perform individually and as a team member Must have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience Great integrity and initiative Experience with bookkeeping is an asset Ambitious with the desire to learn and grow Proficiency in French is a plus, but not mandatory
Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.

Required education: High school or equivalent.

Post-secondary education in an accounting - administration will be considered an asset
