:We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in downtown area of Winnipeg, Manitoba. This role involves providing administrative support to a disability and rehab department, handling various tasks such as coordinating schedules, answering inbound calls, and dealing with couriers and vendors.Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist any visitors or members who come to the office
  • Handle couriers and vendors, ensuring smooth operations
  • Manage the phone queue, transferring calls to the appropriate staff members
  • Provide overall support to the team with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in Courier Services would be beneficial
  • Ability to handle Coordinating Appointments effectively
  • Experience in Coordinating Schedules is necessary
  • Ability to handle Answering Inquiries effectively
