The NK Real Estate Team is looking for an

Administrative Assistant

to support and elevate the success of the business by coordinating communication, and sales administration. This is a FULL TIME OR PART TIME position plus occasional on call duties in the evenings and on call weekends by rotation as is typical in the real estate business (one to two per month where emails and phone systems are monitored remotely)

The

ideal candidate

will have experience and qualities as follows:

Actively managing and posting on social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Kijiji) Editing photos, building and improving current designs, templates, and creative content Displays knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and respective participants Applicants with experience working in a Real Estate office are preferred Thrives working both in a team environment and independently Has high speed internet and limited distractions at home to dedicated to our high paced work day Reflect success in previous roles living out and exemplifying the Team core values People oriented and enjoys working directly with customers and the general public Fully committed to providing the highest possible standards of customer service and support Patience, determination and persistence to troubleshoot client issues Must have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills Developed skills in prioritizing, organization, decision making, and time management Detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking Strong editing and proofreading skills Excellent written and spoken communication skills Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher general comprehension Previous database management experience Presents themselves in a highly professional manner at all times on the phone and in person Access to a vehicle and valid drivers license
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:

Front desk: 1 year (preferred) Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
