Responsibilities



Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Process accounts payable and receivable Manage office supplies and inventory Handle incoming emails; assist with general inquires Organize and maintain digital and paper filing systems Support other admin tasks as required by the management

Experience



Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff and clients. Attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time
