Our client in the public sector industry is looking for an Administrative assistant to provide temporary support in the Water Services Department. This position is based out of our Seymour-Capilano Filtration Plant and is not on a transit route.
Must have;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Keen attention to detail as they will be responsible for formatting various documents
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Self-starter and multi-tasker (must take initiative)
- Invoice tracking
- Basic accounting
