DescriptionOur client in the public sector industry is looking for an Administrative assistant to provide temporary support in the Water Services Department. This position is based out of our Seymour-Capilano Filtration Plant and is not on a transit route.
Must have;

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Keen attention to detail as they will be responsible for formatting various documents
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Self-starter and multi-tasker (must take initiative)
  • Invoice tracking
  • Basic accounting
