Job Type: 6-month contract to start.Our client, a large investment firm, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will assist in providing administrative support alongside the Executive Assistant for a team of 25.Responsibilities:- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Organize team events and travel arrangements
- Manage expense reporting
- Support various teams and stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform general administrative duties as neededRequirements:- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional/corporate setting
