Job Duties:
1. Application Processing: Review, analyze, and process visa applications, ensuring that all necessary documents and information are complete and accurate. This includes verifying the eligibility of applicants, assessing their qualifications, and ensuring compliance with relevant immigration regulations.
2. Documentation Management: Create and maintain organized records of all visa applications and supporting documents. Ensure proper documentation is obtained and stored securely and confidentially.
3. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for visa applicants, providing them with guidance, updates, and assistance throughout the application process. Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, or in-person, addressing any concerns and providing clear and accurate information.
4. Policy and Procedure Compliance: Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate application processing. Adhere to established guidelines and protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues, including immigration consultants and attorneys, to facilitate smooth application processing and address any complex cases or issues that may arise. Work as part of a cohesive team to achieve shared goals.
6. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks of processed applications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal and external standards. Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to streamline processes and enhance overall service delivery.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in visa application processing
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and database management
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures is an asset

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
