Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the day to day needs of data entry, employee relations, administrating payroll and other administrative needs as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Entry
Emailing Staff about news and policy changes
Working together with management in developing staff schedules
Administrating payroll
Other duties as necessary
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to handle multiple deadlines
Previous Human Resources experience considered an asset
Ability to work independently
Must be able to work on weekends
Wage:
Starting wage is willing to be negotiated based on experience
