What's the role?
As our
Administrative Assistant
, your primary mission is to support our leadership team by taking critical day-to-day tasks off their plates. You'll help maintain consistency across meetings, communications, and workflows so they can stay focused on moving key initiatives forward.
You'll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, organize documents, and help ensure that no ball gets dropped.
You're probably a great fit if you:
Have 2+ years of administrative experience.
Are super organized and love a good checklist.
Communicate clearly, kindly, and efficiently.
Have a sharp eye for detail (you don't let typos or missed deadlines slide).
Are proactive and dependable. You see what needs doing and just do it.
Know your way around various technologies like Adobe, Microsoft, HubSpot and enjoy learning new tools.
Have a hunger for knowledge. We are pioneers in a constantly evolving industry.
Bring a consistent, level-headed presence to everything you do.
Appreciate a good pun and don't mind the occasional dad joke.
Bonus points if you have:
A diploma in Administration.
Experience supporting leadership or cross-functional teams.
Worked in SaaS or a fast-moving company.
Some background in bookkeeping, internal communications, or HR admin.
