Key Responsibilities:
Complete daily
bank runs
and manage time-sensitive document deliveries
Prepare and organize
final reports
for client files
Make and receive
phone calls
, including responding to inquiries and providing updates to clients and third parties
Follow up with
third parties
(e.g., lenders, brokers, law offices) via phone and email to gather or confirm documentation
Monitor the firm's
email inbox every 15 minutes
to ensure timely responses and follow-ups
Answer calls from
new client leads
, provide general information, quote legal service pricing, and book consultations
Greet clients
in person, maintain a welcoming environment, and offer refreshments upon arrival
Assist with
legal research
in criminal and real estate law, as requested
Conduct
marketing and competitor research
to support the firm's outreach and branding efforts
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing
Experience working with MS Office and managing confidential information is advantageous
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail are essential
