The Administrative Assistant is directly accountable to the Executive Director, Continuing Care Urban of the Saskatchewan Health Authority and provides administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. This position supports, and contributes to, processes and practices to support the efficient operation of the Executive Director, Continuing Care Urban's portfolio, through accurate, timely and efficient execution of administrative support functions. The incumbent co-ordinates workflow with other administrative support staff in the Executive Office and at the Executive Director level and, in their absence, may provide support services as requested.

Education
Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course

Equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge in minute taking

Superior interpersonal, communication and writing skills

Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access).
