:Administrative AssistantThe Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional support and service related to clerical and administrative duties through all mediums including correspondence, meetings, company activities, manuals and newsletters etc.Responsibilities:xefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Creates proofs, revises and edits written material as required;xefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Handles internal and external correspondence;xefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Makes travel arrangements;xefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Creates and maintains departmental filing system;xefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Answers telephone lines;xefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Updates calendars;xefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Uses and coordinates maintenance for local office equipment;xefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Coordinates logistics for meetings, net meetings and conference calls: location, communications, resources, etc.;xefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Maintains department logs, reports, and/or data entry for functional databases;xefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Cross-trains and learns other responsibilities within the team and provides assistance as needed;xefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams;xefxbfxbdxc2xb7 May provide reception coverage or assist with reception coverage, as required;xefxbfxbdxc2xb7 May coordinate with Finance for resolution of budget variances and/or expense application;xefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Other duties as assigned by manager.Qualifications:xefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Post Secondary Education or equivalentxefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Minimum of 2 years related experienceSkills:xefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Excellent interpersonal skillsxefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Strong self-motivation to drive resultsxefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenxefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsxefxbfxbdxc2xb7 Prioritize and time management skillsAbout Us:Come Create at Ricoh:If you are seeking a team driven by passion and purpose, come create with us at Ricoh.
