Kinnect Support Services is a small business rapidly growing in the Health Care Industry searching for individuals who are passionate about the well-being and treatment people receive in our community. We work with Agencies to support youth and adult mental health, physical health, addiction, developmental delay, and disability needs. Kinnect Support Services provides for Community Agencies who require staffing assistance in proving care and treatment for their programs.
Your role is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office, including, employee file organization, inputting into our CRM platforms, prioritizing and coordinating day to day work performed by the management staff; preparing and processing correspondence, reports, minutes and presentations; tracking and monitoring project and program-specific activities; maintaining the filing system; and distributing incoming and outgoing communications via mail and electronic media.
Responsibilities:
Handling and assisting with document distribution and other administrative projects and responsibilities
Strong attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and document management
Returning phone calls and emails on behalf regarding employee onboarding process and guide employee applicants.
Managing manufacturer representative application forms and project registrations
Helping company employees with internal and external documentation by uploading them to our Mindscape software and other computer applications
Performing basic data entry as required
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Qualifications:
Computer literate. Sound knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. Previous experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
1-2-year experience working in Office environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Ability to identify and constructively make recommendations regarding operational improvements.
A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines
Excellent organizational and time management skills
