Miles HR has an immediate opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a 3 month contract located in North Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will have strong strong Word, Outlook and MS Teams abilities and be an excellent communicator.This position is not transit accessible - must have a car to access and this is in office only with hours 7:30 - 4:00, Pay 28.00-29.00/ hourDuties:- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently- Invoicing and basic accounting- Formatting documents- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence- Intermediate MS Office Skills, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook- Support customer service activities as requiredSkills:- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and MS Teams- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records- Experience formatting complex documents- Excellent and clear communication skillsThis position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office setting where your organizational and technical skills will be valued.
