Job Description


Miles HR has an immediate opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a 3 month contract located in North Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will have strong strong Word, Outlook and MS Teams abilities and be an excellent communicator.
This position is not transit accessible - must have a car to access and this is in office only with hours 7:30 - 4:00, Pay 28.00-29.00/ hour
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Invoicing and basic accounting
- Formatting documents
- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Intermediate MS Office Skills, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Support customer service activities as required
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and MS Teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Experience formatting complex documents
- Excellent and clear communication skills
