Job Description

Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Tasks

Plan and organize daily operations Determine and establish office procedures and routines Schedule and confirm appointments Manage contracts Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Order office supplies and maintain inventory Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Perform data entry Provide customer service Maintain and manage digital database Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
