Position:

Administrative Assistant



Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm AND / OR Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8 am to 5pm, Wednesday from 8 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm

Administrative Department - shifts may vary Monday to Saturday

Duties and Responsibilities



Assist the organization in day-to-day administrative tasks. Address and direct incoming calls to appropriate department. Process Sales Order's and Invoices (Business Central Software*)
Complete all necessary paperwork in order to complete a customer file (licensing, financing, documents, etc*.)
Inputs required information into the CRM software. Assist all customers (in person, over the phone, and via email*), ensuring optimum customer service.
Ensure all invoices / work orders are completed and payments are accepted from customers in a timely manner. Comfortable handling large cash transactions Maintain and organize customer files. Communicating with customers regarding timelines, final payment, delivery / pick up dates. Maintaining a customer-focused environment, keeping customer service a priority, and addressing all inquiries in a professional manner Communicate with Sales Coordinator, Administrative team, Service department, and other applicable parties to ensure that all trailers are processed in a timely fashion. Perform other administrative tasks and duties as required.

Please note that this a 100% in office role.



Requirements



French an Asset High School diploma or equivalent Post-secondary education in Administration or related field preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience using Business Central, or CRM is an asset Strong organizational and customer service skills Time management Attention to detail Problem solving Multi-tasking Required to work Saturdays (on rotation)

Working Conditions



Ability to sit for long periods of time at a desk Ability to use phone frequently Regular office sitting and walking in between plant and main office Ability to operate the computer daily with repetitive tasks

Secondary School (required)
Experience:

Administration: 2-3 years (required) Dealership/licensing experience an asset. Customer Service experience (required) Bilingual (an asset)

Pay: $50,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
