Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm AND / OR Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8 am to 5pm, Wednesday from 8 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the organization in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Address and direct incoming calls to appropriate department.
Process Sales Order's and Invoices (Business Central Software*) Complete all necessary paperwork in order to complete a customer file (licensing, financing, documents, etc*.) Inputs required information into the CRM software.
Assist all customers (in person, over the phone, and via email*), ensuring optimum customer service. Ensure all invoices / work orders are completed and payments are accepted from customers in a timely manner.
Comfortable handling large cash transactions
Maintain and organize customer files.
Communicating with customers regarding timelines, final payment, delivery / pick up dates.
Maintaining a customer-focused environment, keeping customer service a priority, and addressing all inquiries in a professional manner
Communicate with Sales Coordinator, Administrative team, Service department, and other applicable parties to ensure that all trailers are processed in a timely fashion.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as required.
Please note that this a 100% in office role.
Requirements
French an Asset
High School diploma or equivalent
Post-secondary education in Administration or related field preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience using Business Central, or CRM is an asset
Strong organizational and customer service skills

Required to work Saturdays (on rotation)

Regular office sitting and walking in between plant and main office
