Job Description

Full time position - Monday to Friday 8:15 am - 5:00 pm - Hours can be discussed / negotiated during interview

Pervious experience with APPRES will be considered an asset.

Candidates must have:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; Keyboard skills with a high degree of accuracy; Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Responsibilities include:

General clerical duties; Answering and directing incoming telephone calls; Assemble and create files using specific guidelines; Maintain files and filing systems Provide support to the Management team; Data Entry; Provide assistance to other departments as required
Successful candidates will be provided with training in systems and procedures specific to the job

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
