Job Summary:
We are a Construction Company, looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing administrative support, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and computerized
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experienced as Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office packages
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possesses an eagerness to learn and work in a team setting
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a willingness to work under pressure
- Self motivated individuals who are able to work with little supervision
- Experience in AP/AR is an asset.
- Experience in Payroll is an asset.
