Con-Tech, a Saskatoon based commercial builder, is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our growing company. Con-Tech takes pride in promoting a team approach to ensuring that our projects are completed safely, on time, on budget and with excellent quality.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience working in an office environment and has strong computer skills to assist our project managers and accounting team with data entry and records management. The successful candidate will show that they are a team player while working with fellow employees, promoting positive relationships with customers, and professionally interacting with suppliers and subtrades. The Administrative Assistant will be organized, detail orientated and able to prioritize multiple tasks when required.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Assist in the maintenance and organization of electronic project data
Assist in the organization and entry of vendor invoices in accounting system
Assist in the entry and tracking of employee credit card and fuel card expenditures
Assist project managers in the preparation and distribution of completed project operations and maintenance manuals
Assist site superintendents and on-site safety staff with document preparation and organization
