Administrative Assistant that will handle all manner of office-related tasks, working with our existing administrative staff to handle the front-end paperwork and processes needed for a functional business.
This role is currently a part-time position, we are looking for someone who can start between 8 to 8:30 AM, and work for 4-5 hours daily.
Tasks would include:
- answering phones
- receiving visitors at the front desk, ensuring they sign-in and sign-out, notifying office staff they have arrived
- process new hire paperwork, assist in getting them entered into our database and ensure all required information is in hand
- Purchase Order management (receiving PO's from project managers, organizing them, cross-referencing invoices from suppliers to the PO's to ensure we are being billed correctly, and filing the completed ones)
- General admin work such as filing of old project paperwork, current financials, payroll, scanning of project files to server, etc.
We are a small office, so it is difficult to list all tasks and responsibilities, but as a general statement it would be a position that handles general administrative tasks as required.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
