Assist with preparing and organizing documentation and reports
Support inventory management and record keeping
Maintain accurate records and databases
Process billing and administrative paperwork
Handle incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide customer support
Greet and assist clients and visitors
Coordinate communication between departments as needed
Requirements:
Legal status to work in Ontario for a 2-year employment term
Bachelor's Degree
Ontario Graduate Certificate in Regulatory Affairs (preferred)
Experience with pharmacy management software such as Kroll Paperless Pharmacy Management Software and McKesson Blistassist Packaging System is a plus
Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or office experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industry
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
