We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. This position requires a person who really loves data and understands how accuracy can play a crucial role in the support of the business

Key Accountabilities
(50%)
Applicant Tracking
- Manage the master data, completion rates, and follow up on all applicants in their process through Indeed, LinkedIn, Workday and Plum. Verify the accuracy of information and correct data with regards to job descriptions, posting information, applicant email, spelling variations, links and scores.
(40%) Marketing Administration
- Support the Marketing department with all administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records of vendor co-op invoices, payments, and marketing expenses. Manage purchase orders (POs) for marketing events and services, track event-related expenses. Ensure tradeshow requirements such as payments, Certificates of Insurance (COI), and shipping documents are completed, and maintain database for marketing collateral for all brands.

Security / Reference Checks
: - Manage the security, reference, reminders and data verification including requests for reference lists and follow up on completion rates in Survey Monkey
