A propos du role



Notre equipe de psychologues cliniciens mene des evaluations en personne avec les candidats potentiels. Avant de rencontrer un psychologue, ces candidats doivent passer une serie de tests d'evaluation psychologique administres par un professionnel forme.



Responsabilites


Administrer des tests psychometriques a de petits ou moyens groupes dans differents lieux de la ville. Preparer le materiel de test, fournir des instructions claires aux participants et surveiller le deroulement des examens. Assurer le respect des procedures et la confidentialite des donnees. Etre ponctuel, organise et capable de travailler de maniere autonome. Les besoins varient selon la region, mais nous prevoyons en moyenne jusqu'a trois quarts de travail de huit heures par mois.

Qualifications




Maitrise parfaite du francais et de l'anglais, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit (exigence obligatoire). Diplome universitaire en psychologie ou domaine connexe (atout). Experience en administration ou surveillance d'examens de groupe (fortement souhaitee). Permis de conduire valide et acces a un vehicule personnel. Disponibilite en semaine (lundi au vendredi). Admissibilite a l'habilitation de securite de fiabilite de SPAC (Services publics et Approvisionnement Canada). Aisance avec Excel (niveau intermediaire ou avance).

About the role





Our team of clinical psychologists conducts in-person assessments with potential candidates. Before meeting with a psychologist, candidates must first complete a series of psychological evaluation tests administered by a trained professional.

Responsibilities




Administer psychological tests to small or medium-sized groups at various locations across the city. Prepare testing materials, deliver clear instructions to participants, and monitor the testing process. Ensure procedures are followed and confidentiality is maintained. Be punctual, organized, and able to work independently. The number of shifts may vary depending on local demand, but we anticipate up to three 8-hour shifts per month.

Qualifications




Must be fluently bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (mandatory). A university degree in psychology or a related field is considered an asset. Experience administering or supervising group exams is a strong advantage. Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. Availability for weekday shifts (Monday to Friday). Must be eligible for a Reliability Security Clearance through PSPC (Public Services and Procurement Canada). Comfortable using Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
