Manage the process for payables transactions in accordance with Deveraux's policies and procedures Work alongside the purchasing team to reconcile month end invoicing and payments Prepare cheque and EFT payments Communicate with project vendors Administrative support, including reception coverage as required Prepare ad hoc reporting Support projects that are relevant to the department and division Maintain and foster a positive workplace atmosphere
