We are currently looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Accounts Payable Clerk at our Corporate Office in Moncton, NB .

Purpose:



Ensure all invoices and payments are processed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:


Manage weekly check runs Posting AP invoices New vendor setups and verification of vendor details Reviewing & reconciling monthly vendor statements Following up with admin on invoices that need posting Complete online payments Ensuring admin are posting invoices timely & accurately to receive all discounts Following up with vendors on missing invoiced or errors on statements Review and maintain record of petty cash reports from all locations Verifying pricing Gathering proper approval of invoices Other duties as required General Administrative support

Requirements and Skills:


Post-secondary education with an exposure to accounting and 1-2 years in a related position preferred Knowledge of systems to perform job functions (Equip and Microsoft Office) Relevant clerical experience preferred Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work independently as well as with a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills
