Accounts Payable Clerk

to join our team.



Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Etobicoke, ON (Hybrid)

Languages: Bilingual (French and English preferred)

Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

Position Summary

This position reports directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and is responsible for various accounting duties.

Responsibilities:

Entry and coding high volume of invoices Responding to vendor inquiries Managing AP email account Payment and processing of online and credit card transactions Verify vendors' statements and solve problems where past due invoices appear on statement Review, verify and enter employee expense and corporate credit card reports Assisting with pay run Assisting with month-end AP accruals Providing audit support Providing reports and analysis as required Ongoing accounting support; and other duties as required

Qualifications

:


College Degree in accounting or relevant field from a recognized academic institution; Bachelor's Degree or higher is an asset Must be eligible to work in Canada at all times while employed with Clearpoint Health Network. 2-3 years' bookkeeping experience preferred Knowledge of Sage Intacct is an asset Advanced working knowledge of Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders Excels as part of a team with high attention to detail and precise operating methodology
