We are looking for a

Accounts Payable Clerk

to join our Corporate-

Finance

team in Calgary, AB. Reporting to the

Accounts Payable Manager

, you will be a member of the corporate accounting team, responsible for the processing and reconciliation of all accounts payable for residential operations across Canada.

Responsibilities

:


Ensure accurate, timely and details processing of the accounts payable process; Review invoices for authorization of expenditures and accurate recording to proper cost or general ledger accounts; Responsible for quality customer service of vendors and internal clients; Reconcile transactions and vendor statements to ensure accuracy Other duties as required

Qualifications:

Previous education or combination of experience in accounting or finance is considered an asset; Advanced proficiency with Excel and Word is required; Strong and proven attention to detail; Proven organizational skills, with an ability to work well under with high volumes under hard deadlines; Strong team player and exceptional communication skills for training and team leadership; Excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to interact effectively with senior management; Proven ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision.
