United Floral Inc. is a leading wholesaler of premium flowers, dedicated to providing top-quality blooms and exceptional service to our clients. As we continue to grow and enhance our operations, we are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting Team and contribute to our success.

As an Accounts Payable Clerk at United Floral Inc., you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of financial transactions related to our flower wholesale operations. You will support the AP Supervisor in managing the accounts payable workflow, handling repetitive tasks with precision, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in entering and processing invoices and payments for flower supplies and vendor services. Verify and reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare payments to vendors per agreed terms and conditions. Follow up on invoices and payments to address and resolve any discrepancies or disputes. Organize and file documents, both physically and electronically, to maintain accurate records. Scan and file documents electronically to support efficient document management. Perform other administrative tasks related to accounting as directed by the AP Supervisor. Assist with payroll administration and processing as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in accounting or a related field. Experience in accounts payable, preferably within the floral wholesale or related industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel - advance level, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently. Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
