Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensure timely and accurate payments to our vendor partners, and maintaining financial records. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software, making it essential for maintaining the integrity of our financial operations.

Duties

Receiving, reviewing, and verifying the accuracy of invoices and supporting documentation. This also includes matching invoices with purchase orders and ensuring proper authorization and coding with BuilderTrend construction management software. Entering invoices into Quickbooks online, filing and maintaining historical records, and ensuring financial records are accurate. Reconciling vendor statements to ensure accuracy and investigating any outstanding balances or discrepancies. Acting as a point of contact for vendors to resolve payment issues or answer questions. Ensuring all transactions comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
