Position Summary



We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented

Accounting & Office Administrator

with strong

QuickBooks Online

experience to handle full-cycle accounting tasks and support daily office operations. This role plays a key part in keeping our financial records accurate and helping ensure vendor and customer accounts are managed properly.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and issue invoices based on technician work orders and job completions Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances Process vendor payments and enter bills related to purchase orders Maintain payroll records and assist with bi-weekly payroll preparation Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Perform AR and Collection Duties on regular basis. Maintain organized digital records in QuickBooks and internal trackers. Provide general office support (data entry, document prep, tracking updates) as needed

Must-Have Qualifications



2+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required

Strong understanding of AR/AP,, collections, reconciliations, and payroll basics Excellent organizational and time-management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.

Nice-to-Have (Assets)



Experience with field service operations or service-based invoicing Familiarity with FSM, Trello, Google Calendar or other task-tracking tools Previous experience handling the billing side of purchase orders Experience assisting with CRA filings or year-end audits

Pay: $22.30-$23.46 per hour
