We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Account Supervisor
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to negotiate effectively with clients to foster long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management
Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Create and maintain order documentation, including confirmations and invoices
Ensure order accuracy before processing and shipping
Account Oversight
Manage and oversee assigned customer accounts
Provide customers with quotes and pricing information
Address inquiries or concerns related to orders, products, or services
Communicate with customers regarding payment terms and due dates
Shipping & Documentation
Generate shipping documents for designated customers
Ensure all shipping details are accurate and align with customer expectations
Warranty & Service Support
Assist with processing warranty claims and service orders
Communicate with customers about warranty coverage and resolutions
Customer Support & Problem Solving
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer orders and account-related issues
Offer proactive solutions to resolve customer challenges
General Administrative Duties
Maintain organized records of orders, payments, shipments, and customer interactions
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and customer service) to ensure seamless operations
Marketing & Product Development
Process and manage customer sample orders
Contribute to website content and marketing initiatives
Manage ONbord's LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram accounts, including content posting as needed
Qualifications
Software Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Education
University degree or college diploma in a relevant field
Experience
Minimum 1 year of recent, relevant experience in sales or marketing
Additional Skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
