Overview:Position OverviewAs an Account Supervisor, you will lead and manage the day-to-day activities ensuring the effective execution of client programs and overseeing an Account Coordinator. You will collaborate with internal teams, including Field Managers, Directors, and other stakeholders, to ensure that projects meet client objectives, timelines, and budget requirements. This role requires excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills to ensure seamless client service and deliverables.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead and supervise an Account Coordinator, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.Client Program Execution: Oversee the execution of client programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and successful project delivery.Project Management: Manage multiple accounts and programs simultaneously, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within deadlines and budgets.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Account Directors to develop Go-to-Market Plans, ensuring all strategies align with client goals.Internal Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (creative, production, field management) to ensure projects are on track.Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication. Lead client meetings and status updates, presenting project progress, challenges, and recommendations.Budget & Resource Management: Monitor and track project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while meeting client expectations. Recommend adjustments as necessary.Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of client events, including summits, conferences, and product launches, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes.Quality Control: Review and approve project deliverables, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy in all client-facing materials.Financial Oversight: Monitor financial aspects of accounts, including budget management, invoice processing, and understanding financial terminology.Staff Development: Mentor and support Account Coordinators, offering regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative work environment.Market Insights: Stay current on industry trends, competitive activities, and client business changes to proactively adapt strategies and deliver innovative solutions.Professional Skills & Requirements:Education: Post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing or a related field is preferred.Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Leadership: Proven experience leading and mentoring teams, with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop talent.MS Office Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Event Management: Experience in planning and executing events, including client summits and product launches.SWAG & Apparel: Experience in recommending, ordering, and managing branded merchandise for clients.Client Relationship Management: Strong ability to manage client expectations, handle difficult situations, and maintain positive client relationships.Time & Budget Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong budget management experience.Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues proactively and implement effective solutions to ensure project success.Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and present to both internal teams and clients.Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to clients and internal teams.Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs, business environments, and industry trends.French (Asset): Proficiency in French is a plus but not required.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package included.Vacation: 3 weeks of vacation per year.Equipment: Company-provided iPhone, laptop, and credit card.Hybrid Work Environment: Work from home 2-3 days a week with occasional office visits.
