Who We Are Looking For We are currently seeking an Account Executive to be part of our integrated Content Marketing and Public Relations team. What You\'ll Do Project Management
  • Schedule, organize, attend, and participate in weekly team/client status meetings
  • Take and organize meeting notes, identify action items, and package together into deliverables for clients and internal teams
  • Own client status trackers for assigned accounts and maintain project timelines, ensuring accounts, creative and editorial teams are kept updated
  • Draft basic client briefs and be responsible for continuously updating key information into a project management application (e.g., Monday.com) for ongoing tracking and action
Account Management
  • Come to meetings equipped with updates and ideas as per the agenda
  • Liaise with internal and external teams, including accounts, creative, finance, clients, and freelancers/vendors
  • Support smooth operation of SJR\'s finance by drafting accurate and timely invoices, Scopes of Work (SOWs), project estimates, vendor setup forms and monthly activity reports
Research & Strategy
  • Stay on top of digital and social trends and industry news for assigned client(s)
  • Format, write, edit, and proofread client materials including \xe2\x80\x93 social content, web content, op-eds, newsletters and content calendars
  • Support client expansion opportunities through research and assisting with developing presentations
  • Track and analyze social and web content performance on social media platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn and Google Analytics to create actionable reports and insights
  • Use social listening tools to monitor and analyze conversations and trends, as needed
What You\'ll Bring
  • Minimum of two years experience working in a creative environment, ideally agency based
  • A high level of ambition with a strong willingness to learn and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability of creative and innovative thought processes
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills \xe2\x80\x94 ability to deliver written materials error-free, grammatically correct and on time
  • Proven ability to be meticulous, organized, technical and creative at the same time
  • Experienced time management and project coordination skills to support multiple work streams and ensure delivery of high-quality work on tight deadlines
  • Ability to listen effectively, document meetings accurately, and drive and support ongoing dialogue
  • Ability to work independently and under close direction
  • Ability to connect and collaborate with a wide variety of people (an interdisciplinary team)
  • Flexible, adaptable, and responsive when quick turnarounds are required
  • Strong research and critical thinking skills
  • Experience using collaborative team communication and project management applications (e.g., Monday.com and Teams) is preferable
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, social media platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics
