As we expand our presence in Barrie, Ontario, we are seeking a results-driven Digital Account Executive to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients, ranging from small local businesses to franchises, in the Barrie area. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients\' digital marketing requirements. Tailor solutions that align with their business goals, encompassing websites, digital advertising campaigns, and social media marketing services.
• Proposal Development: Prepare compelling and customized proposals that outline the value proposition of our services. Clearly communicate how our solutions meet clients\' unique needs and contribute to their success.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients. Serve as the main point of contact and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Campaign Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients and our team of advertising and marketing professionals. Ensure seamless communication and coordination of campaign details and information to guarantee the successful execution of digital strategies.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and the digital marketing landscape. Use insights to position our services effectively and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in digital sales, with experience selling websites, digital advertising campaigns, and social media marketing services.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media, marketing, advertising, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Location: This is a Barrie, Ontario-based role, requiring travel within the region to meet with clients but, is also a remote role not needing you to attend an office to get the job done. Compensation: This position is commission-based, offering a competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential starting at $75,000 annually.
