As an Account Executive at Prosci, your core responsibility is to drive revenue growth in the Quebec market by identifying and engaging new clients interested in enhancing their organizational change capabilities or in need of implementing change management best practices for critical business initiatives. You will strategically develop growth opportunities within targeted accounts, establish valuable relationships with C-level executives and decision makers, and represent Prosci at regional and national events, promoting our services and fostering brand recognition. Your role encompasses the full client acquisition process, from identifying opportunities, assessing client needs, crafting compelling proposals, collaborating with our internal team, and successfully negotiating contracts to secure deals. You will collaborate with prospective clients to create tailored solutions that address their specific requirements, offering a mix of training, advisory services, and intellectual property licensing. Beyond client acquisition, you will provide ongoing support, offer strategic direction, and maintain account management excellence for our enterprise clients. In addition to delivering world-class service, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to represent the voice of the customer, ensuring success for both external and internal stakeholders in every engagement.
