Job Description
On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.
Our client is an industry leading POS and Restaurant Management software organization that is rapidly growing across the Canadian market and looking for an Account Executive to join their team in the Montreal area.
The Role:
- Carrying out the whole sales cycle which includes identifying and developing leads, meeting with your clients in person or via call, creating value propositions, structuring financial deals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
- Successfully running in person and online demonstrations to key decision maker
- 100% net new business focus in your assigned territory, where the expectation is to be in the field every week
- Close new business consistently
- Becoming an expert in our industry, the product, and our restaurateurs
- 2-3 years of outside B2B sales experience - experience in technology and in hospitality is preferred
- Proven track record of success in a hunting and client facing sales role
- Experience using Salesforce and other sales tools
- Competitive Compensation: $70K-$80K base salary; $130K - $140K OTE (Uncapped)
