Account Executive
to join our growing sales team. This role is crucial in driving new business and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, cold calling experience, and the ability to identify and nurture leads through the sales pipeline. As a key player on our team, you will work closely with prospective and existing clients to deliver tailored solutions, all while contributing to the company's revenue growth and profitability.
Objectives of this Role
Represent the company's products and services, using in-depth knowledge to address customer needs.
Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
Collaborate with sales executives and other team members to set up sales strategies and ensure successful conversions.
Contribute to refining the company's lead-generation strategy.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct cold calling to book meetings with business owners and C-level executives.
Identify and qualify prospects through research, email, and cold calls.
Set up meetings, manage calendars, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and sales executives.
Deliver basic industry and product information to potential clients and answer their questions.
Build and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the sales manager.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak confidently to C-level executives and business owners.
Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Proficient in CRM tools like Zoho or equivalent.
Bilingualism is considered an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
Experience as a Sales Development Representative or Account Executive with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
