About Us

AroundHI Solutions is a fast-growing consulting and staffing firm specializing in IT, Cloud, and ERP talent. We're expanding rapidly in Canada and the US, and we're looking for a dynamic recruiter who not only understands how to fill niche technical roles but also thrives in business development and personal branding.

What You'll Do

Recruitment:

Source, screen, and place top IT professionals (Cloud, ERP, DevOps, Software Developers, etc.) for client projects.

Business Development:

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, pitch AroundHI's services, and generate leads.

Sales:

Drive growth by identifying opportunities in the IT staffing and consulting market.

Personal Branding & LinkedIn Content:

Actively post, engage, and build your professional presence on LinkedIn under the AroundHI brand (we'll provide content support).

Bilingual Advantage:

Use your French & English skills to support Canadian and global clients.

Who You Are

Bilingual in

French & English

(spoken and written) is an asset. A

hustler

who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Proven experience in

IT recruitment

(ERP, Cloud, or tech staffing preferred). Comfortable with

sales and client-facing

responsibilities. Strong presence on

LinkedIn

(or willing to actively build one). Self-driven, resourceful, and results-oriented.

What We Offer

Starting pay:

$21/hour

(with fast-track commission and bonus potential based on performance). Part-time ramp-up option available. Growth path to

Full-Time Recruiter / Business Development Manager

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
