Hired Partners has been a leader in the recruitment industry since 2009. One of our client's (a recruiting agency) is looking for a Sales Professional within the recruiting agency space to come on board to develop net new clients.
NOTE: If you only have recruiting experience, this is not the right position for you. Being a 360 Recruiter is fine, but you must have experience developing clients.
Summary
We are seeking a dynamic 360 Recruiting Account Manager to join our team in Canada. In this pivotal role, you will bring on net new recruiting clients while either filling your own positions or utilizing a team of recruiting professionals to fill the positions you land. This role is about getting results and hitting KPI's. Ultimately, always be bringing on new clients.
Responsibilities
Bring on new new clients that need recruiting assistance
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and culture.
Utilize various platforms and tools for talent acquisition, including ATS and HRIS systems.
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to enhance the recruitment experience.
Monitor industry trends to identify new business development recruiting opportunities.
Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
2+ years proven experience bringing on new clients (within a recruiting agency environment).
Willingness to be in either downtown Toronto or Burlington office 3 days/week.
Strong negotiation skills.

Compensation:
90K - 100K base (if you do not have a client base you can bring on day one)
110-1120K base (if you have clients you can bring on in day one)
Plus benefits and commission structure.
