Wood Flooring Installer & Finisher

to join our team. This role goes beyond standard installation--focusing on delivering polished, high-quality flooring solutions for a variety of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to craftsmanship that enhances every space they work on.

Key Responsibilities

Install, restore, and finish hardwood floors with precision and attention to detail. Apply stains, sealants, and protective coatings to achieve durable, aesthetically pleasing results. Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate layouts and installations. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively for flooring and finishing work. Maintain organized, clean, and safe workspaces at all project sites. Collaborate with clients, providing professional guidance and clear communication during projects. Assist with related carpentry tasks, trim work, and minor site repairs when needed.

Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience installing and finishing hardwood floors. Parquet flooring installation and repair experience is a strong asset. Familiarity with blueprint reading, restoration techniques, and site safety procedures. Experience with tile installation, trim carpentry, or general remodeling is advantageous. Ability to work independently or within a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
