Flooring Installer/general Labourer
Job Description
We are seeking an inexperienced Flooring Installer to join our team. If you are ready to start learning a new trade and are self starter who wants to advance in their career, this is the opportunity for you.
Job Requirements:
Responsible, reliable, and punctual
Hard-worker and self starter, but also a team player
Able to carry heavy items and physically fit
Fluent English skills
Basic math skills
Be comfortable and confident using power tools
Valid driver's license and own transportation
Duties:
Load, unload and transport construction materials
Mix, pour and spread materials
Clean up work area and dispose of waste materials properly
Measure, cut and install floor coverings
Prepare subfloors by removing existing flooring, leveling the surface, and cleaning surface of all debris and dust
Some work out of town is required
