Quolus Construction is currently seeking:

An Experienced Flooring Installer at one of our large multi-residential projects. The right candidate should be comfortable working indoors and outdoors, is physically fit and capable of performing various general labour tasks around the site.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience installing flooring in both residential and commercial environments Skilled in LVP, hardwood, engineered wood, carpet (tile & broadloom), sheet vinyl, rubber, and more Ability to remove old flooring, prep subfloors, use self-leveling and patch compounds Comfortable working from layouts and plans, measuring and marking seams, transitions, and cuts Excellent finish quality, especially in visible areas (entryways, feature rooms, lobbies) Strong communication skills - able to interact with homeowners or site supers Physically fit for manual tasks, kneeling, lifting 50+ lbs, and working on your feet Basic tools required; own vehicle is an asset
