Nu Image is hiring Winter Operations Support team members for the 2025-2026 winter season. This is a flexible, hands-on role for someone who can react to winter weather, support operations during and after storms, and help keep our clients' properties safe. About the Role - What You'll Do

Salt application and ice control Parking lot and sidewalk snow clearing Responding to service calls Site inspections for hazards, refreeze, or missed areas Assisting with equipment troubleshooting and light repairs Supporting operations wherever needed during and after snow events
This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, can work independently, and adapts as conditions change.

Requirements

Valid G driver's license Reliable transportation Flexible availability for winter storms Physically able to work outdoors in all winter conditions Dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction Comfortable working independently and problem-solving on site Experience with salting, plowing, or general snow removal is preferred Mechanical ability or equipment familiarity is an asset
Applicants who may not meet all requirements could still be considered for sidewalk crew positions.
