What You'll Do:




Conduct daily pre-operational checks and report equipment issues to maintenance. Safely and efficiently plow and relocate snow using tractors, loaders, or similar equipment. Follow dispatch instructions and site-specific service plans. Operate equipment with care; report any maintenance or repair needs promptly. Keep machines clean, fueled, and field-ready throughout the season. Log hours and service tasks through our mobile time-tracking app. Maintain real-time communication with dispatch and team leads. Follow all Health & Safety policies and wear appropriate PPE. Take initiative. help the team solve problems, not create them.



What We're Looking For:




G-Class Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract. Ability to drive and operate equipment in cold, wet, dark, and high-pressure conditions. Experience with snow equipment is a must. Including Tractors, Loaders, Skid steers and implements. Reliable transportation to dispatch location. Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and reporting. Willingness to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during storm events.
