Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Windows & Doors Measurement Technician to join our team. The Measurement Technician will oversee windows and doors projects, as well as other services provided by Canadian Choice Home Improvements Inc., ensuring client satisfaction, quality, and budget adherence.

This role comes with potential to make additional commissions based on inside sales.

Responsibilities

1. Planning and Execution:
Responsible for developing comprehensive project plans and overseeing their successful implementation.

2. Client Focus:
Dedicated to understanding and addressing client needs effectively throughout all stages of projects.

3. Quality Assurance:
Ensures all work meets rigorous quality standards through meticulous inspection and adherence to best practices.

4. Team Leadership:
Provide strong leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and unity to achieve project objectives.

5. Budget Management: Monitors project expenditures closely, identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project integrity.

6. Marketing Support and Issue Resolution: Assists in the distribution of promotional materials such as flyers and signs, contributes to lead generation efforts, and plays a pivotal role in resolving issues and de-escalating problematic cases. Additionally, supports in debt collection processes as needed.

Requirements

- Must have 2+ years of experience as a windows and doors installer or measurement technician

- Proficiency in working with windows & doors, along with other construction and home renovation projects

- Strong knowledge of hand tools for equipment assembly and repair

- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
