Big City Windows & Doors would like to hear from you. Our Sales Representatives are given pre-scheduled appointments and present our customers all the necessary information for them to make a same day decision on their windows and door replacement projects through a in-home sales presentation.

Responsibilities:

-Deliver a in-home presentation, complete a personal quote, close sales during the consultation

-Demonstrate honesty, transparency and ethical behavior in all actions while highlighting the unique benefits of our products and services

-Travel to our pre-set appointments to customers who own their homes.

Compensation and Benefits:

-100% commission structure with uncapped earning potentials

-Performance-based bonus opportunities

Qualifications:

-Hold a valid driver's license (required)

-Must be comfortable travelling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (a requirement)

-Previous Windows & Doors or other direct sales experience is a must

-Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process

-Ability and motivated to close the sale on the same day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,400.00-$142,107.19 per year
