Job Description

Aluvista Windows and Doors is a leading European manufacturer and importer specializing in high-quality aluminum windows and doors. With over three years of proven success in the Canadian market, we are expanding our operations to establish a strong local presence. Our premium products are designed to meet the demands of Canadian builders, developers, and dealers.

We're looking for passionate, ambitious sales professionals with extensive windows and doors industry experience to grow our footprint in the Greater Toronto Area. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing company at the start of its Canadian journey.

Position Snapshot

Territory: GTA (home-based with daily client visits) Annual revenue target: ~CAD 1.5 million Compensation: Base draw CAD 45 000 - 55 000 based on experience +

uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle--prospect, qualify, quote, negotiate, close.

Conduct on-site measurements, read architectural plans, and prepare accurate take-offs

for custom bids. Present technical advantages of our European aluminum systems to builders, developers, architects, and high-end dealers. Build and maintain a referral network through lunch-and-learns, trade events, and site visits. Keep the CRM up to date and report weekly KPIs to management.
Must-Have Qualifications

5 + years of quota-carrying success selling windows, doors, curtain wall, or similar building-envelope products. Proven ability to perform site measurements, interpret blueprints, and generate precise material take-offs. Deep knowledge of aluminum fenestration (thermal breaks, glazing options, installation best practices). Established GTA network of builders, developers, or renovators. Self-starter who thrives in a commission-weighted, performance-driven environment. Valid G-class driver's licence and daily travel flexibility.
Nice-to-Have

Experience with European systems (Schuco,Reynaers, Cortizo, Alumil, etc.). Familiarity with Passive House, Net-Zero, or LEED projects. Multilingual skills (English, French, Italian, Romanian, etc.).
