We're currently seeking a driven, experienced

Senior Sales Representative

to lead our sales efforts across Canada. In this role, you'll manage major real estate deals, support and guide junior reps, and play a key part in scaling our operations. If you're looking for a role where you can lead, earn big, and grow within a people-first culture, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Work exclusively with

warm, inbound leads

. Handle pre-qualified seller leads from SEO, probate, divorce, foreclosure, courthouse data, and direct mail

Develop and maintain referral networks

to increase deal flow

Mentor Junior Sales Reps

, helping them grow with hands-on training and deal support Oversee

residential and commercial transactions

from negotiation through close Earn

$7,500+ per deal

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years of proven sales success

, with a strong history of closing deals

Experience in real estate
