We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales and business development, with the ability to manage accounts effectively and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong persuasive skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, converting inquiries into enrollments by providing accurate program information, building trust, and guiding prospects through the admission process.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
Qualify leads by understanding their background, needs, and program interests.
Counselling & Relationship Building
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Utilize CRM software for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales data.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute insights for the continuous improvement of sales processes.
Experience
Proven experience in sales in similar or other industries
Strong background in direct sales with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM software tools ( preferred)
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and develop effective strategies.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
